“Where I’m From Poem

Im from Michael Sr & Valarie and  Harold & Marsha grandparents

Im from where VAlarie says “You better work hard to succeed”

And Harold saying “Respect rules the World!”

Im from playing basketball in the driveway of 18th Street with lots of friends.

I’m from where every boy liked this one girl but could never get to her because she was way older then us.

I’m from one of the nicest neighborhood’s in Philly where there is hardly any crime.

And from my mother yelling “Kahmar come in from playing ball and eat”

I’m from everybody knowing the Keyes family and little Kahmar so i could never get in trouble.

I’m from North 18th Street In West Oak Lane.
